• All vendors must have copy of sales tax permit or sales tax exemption permit There will be no exceptions!!
• All vendors will be responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax
• Vendors are participating with the understanding that 10% of proceeds from event sales will be donated to the Central Oklahoma Humane Society
• Vendor passes include admission of 2 vendors for craft and 3 vendors for food
• All vendors will be expected to use the dumpster conveniently located in the vending area
• The sale of any illegal items will not be tolerated
• All Vendors must be at event by 12:00pm and complete with setup by 1:00pm
• Break down begins at 5:00pm
• Any power needs or special arrangements must be negotiated with Central Oklahoma Humane Society prior to event
• Any trucks over nine feet will not be able to make it through the infield tunnel, contact us if this will be a problem
